Search For The Holy Grail

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
What does paintball and Monty Python's movie "The Search For The Holy Grail" have in common. Absolutely nothing you might say? Yeh, verily you would be wrong. Especially if you were to attend the second annual pilgrimage of "Quest II" Paintball War being held being held at the EMR Paintball Park in New Milford, PA.
On June 12 and 13, paintball enthusiasts will dress up in costume and battle it out to the finish. The event will be part scenario and part war games. Apparantly poor King Author and his royal knights have not found the Holy Grail (the cup that Jesus drank from). Participants are invited to join their quest and possibly face perilous odds and silly sots.
Join the paintball warriors as they fight the ruthless killer rabbit
with the hideous fangs or take on the "Iron Maydens" (an all-woman
paintball team) as they defend the Castle Abthrax. Defy the Frenchmen of
Castle AAARGH and stand up to the Troll at the Gorge of Eternal Peril. Find
out if you can cut down the tallest tree in the forest with a herring or
find a perfect shrubbery for the Knights that say NEEEEP! But watch out
for danger lies in every direction - if you should survive the forest, you
may have to face the Black Knight. It will take more than a flesh wound
to overcome this worthy opponent! Make the wrong move and you could get
painted. Then you'll have to join the others as the man with the cart yells,
"Bring out Your dead!"
Participants are invited to become one of the many characters throughout the hilarious paintball game. If you are interested in joining the game, we would suggest that you call ahead and dress appropiately for your part. It will be a great way to have fun and enjoy the sport of paintball at the same time. The game will be played on an 85-acre complex complete with two castles, a village, stockade fort and varried terrain.
Everyone is welcome to attend, participants are required to use field
paint only. The cost for participating in this zany event is $60.00 the
day of event. Game hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Semi-suto rentals are available for people
that do not have a paintball gun.
